The initial step in finding out if your office is properly positioned to integrate medical is a phone conference with one of the MDC partners. There are literally a million questions when beginning the integration process and most offices are not positioned for this process. At MDC we are not a consulting farm accepting everyone. Frankly most applicants are denied. Our goal is to integrate 6-9 offices annually. At MDC we pride ourselves on filtering through the applicants and choosing only those that are positioned for quick success.
